Here's that recipe.  I made it and threw a big chopped cuke into it.  I
will make it again (that's HIGH praise from me!).

Buttermilk Surprise

     1/2  cup           buttermilk
   1      teaspoon      minced garlic
   1/4 c.     		minced sweet onion
   1      tablespoon    fresh lime juice
   2      teaspoons     Sambal Oelek (or 1 t. cayenne)
                        salt and freshly ground pepper

Whirl the buttermilk, garlic, onion, lime juice, and Sambal Oelek in the
blender until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. 

The surprise?  You'll KNOW you ate it three separate times: while you
are eating it, a few hours later (if you burp), and the next day when
you have your morning appointment on the throne...
